Research Interests
My research focuses on how dynamic RNA conformations affect their biological functions, including: 1) Identify genetic variations that will affect RNA structure; 2) Function and mechanism of different RNA-protein complexes for different conformation; 3) Investigate the roles of RNA structures and interactions in human diseases.
